INSOMNIA

Insomnia is a disease experienced by humans is difficult to sleep the night so they sleep at sunrise. If someone is experiencing insomnia often is not good for the body because the body itself needs a break to perform activities at a later day.
If insomnia is experienced by a person continues, could cause the disease shared easily arise in a person is. In order not to experience insomnia, a person does not need to think about who may experience difficulty sleeping.
It should if you have insomnia have to do something that could make it feel much faster to sleep. If you can not sleep well someone is doing Yoga in place yang lonely and unable to concentrate because Yoga is a sport that is very easily done by anyone and anywhere. Yoga is done in a way took a breath and hold it for slowly calm from within oneself after doing an easy yoga movements and can also make quiet of such a person.
If someone is experiencing insomnia should avoid the following:
a) Avoid drinking coffee in the day or night because of excessive caffeine in coffee that is too high and the body can not accept that too much caffeine causing sleepless nights and not good for the body of a person.
b) Avoid excessive drinking tea in a single day because tea also contains that can cause a person who drank it difficult to sleep at night.
c) Do not think of something heavy, which can cause insomnia.

The solution so as not to experience insomnia to yourself is to reproduce drinking water because water is needed by the body if there is no water in the body, the digestive system is not excretion well. Also, when going to bed do not think of things that can make sleep difficult and do not often sleep late at night because the body also requires adequate rest.
